We welcomed Therese McNally back into school as part of the LGFA Lidl Schools Support Programme. Therese followed up on our previous session concentrating on the importance of teamwork and communication in sport. Some of our Year 12 girls then delivered a PowerPoint on “Managing Sport & Recovery” to our U14 squad. Therese then finished off the morning with an excellent training session with our Year 10 U14 squad. A big thanks to Therese for her time & expertise with our pupils and thanks to our girls for their commitment to the project
